Several years ago when we got into the Real Estate Business we were stunned to see the poor quality of the photographs that were being utilized to market properties in the New Jersey Shore area. We could not believe that in marketing properties with price ranges from $300,000 to over $10,000,000 that such poor photography was being used to market these properties.There were some exceptions to this of course, but on the whole, bad picture taking was the norm by real estate agents. This was typically because all they would use would be a "Point and Shoot" camera, but even using better equipment it was proven they were better real estate egents than photographers (See our bad photography tour). Terms & Conditions

Agreement on the method of Payment in full is required at the time of purchase of the tours. A link to the virtual tours will be delivered via e-mail within 72 hours of completing the photography services. Online tours expire 24 months from the launch date of the tour.

DEALER liability, including but not limited to CLIENT's claims of contributions and indemnification related to third party claims arising out of services rendered by DEALER and or subcontractors of DEALER, and for any losses, injury or damages to persons or properties or work performed arising out of or in connection with this order and for any other claim, shall be limited to the payment received by DEALER from CLIENT for the particular service provided giving rise to the claim. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, DEALER and or subcontractors of DEALER shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, lost profits, or punitive damages.

CLIENT agrees to limit DEALER and or subcontractors of DEALER liability to CLIENT and any other third party for any damage on account of any error, omission or negligence to a sum not to exceed the payment received by DEALER for the particular service provided giving rise to the claim.

The limitation of liability set forth herein is for any and all matters for which DEALER may otherwise have liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether the claim arises in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
